White Coffee - Ground

White coffee is very lightly roasted at a lower temperature, and only comes ground. It keeps more of the natural flavor of the coffee bean and its natural compounds. Due to the light roast, they are so dense and tough that normal home grinders can be damaged or cracked. Many people describe white coffee as nutty, almost like toasted sunflower or sesame seeds. Smooth, with very low bitterness. Mild and earthy, with a light aroma. Creamier and softer than dark roasts. It does not taste like a traditional coffee roast, it’s a flavor experience of its own. Originally developed for milk-based drinks.
