Terms & Conditions​

At Milone Coffee & Tea, Inc., we offer a variety of coffee and tea products through our retail/wholesale location and our website. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. 

1. All products listed on our website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change. Milone Coffee & Tea, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee product availability. 

2. Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Milone Coffee & Tea Inc. Milone Coffee & Tea, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Milone Coffee & Tea, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

3. Subscription Services: Milone Coffee & Tea, Inc. offers various subscription plans for our products (herein referred to as "Subscription(s)"). By subscribing, you agree to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you or us. You can cancel at any time in accordance with the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Billing and Renewal Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Auto-Calculation of Shipping Fees Shipping fees for each subscription order are calculated automatically based on the current rates provided by UPS. These rates may vary depending on the delivery address, changes in UPS pricing, or other factors outside our control. The applicable shipping fees will be added to your Subscription charges and included in the total amount billed.

6. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges based on UPS rate changes. You agree to pay the adjusted shipping fee as part of your subscription renewal.

7. We reserve the right to adjust our prices for subscriptions at any time as we deem necessary. If the pricing for your subscription does increase, we will notify you 14 days before your next subscription renewal day, and the increased price will take effect with your subscription renewal following the notice.

8. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your online account management page or by contacting our customer service team. If you cancel a subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.

9. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 
10. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You may not return coffee that is ground. However, we may be able to give you an offer on your next order to assist in your satisfaction of our product. If you desire to return whole bean coffee for any reason, please contact us at 209-526-0865.

Return Policy​

We want you to love what you order from Milone Coffee & Tea. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 Return Window:
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

 What Can Be Returned:
We accept exchanges for:
   • Unopened, unused products in their original condition.
   • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
   • Opened perishable items.
   • Ground and any flavored coffee (due to freshness and safety standards), unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
Exchanges:
   • You may request an exchange for a similar-priced item. 
   • All returns must be approved by our team before shipping anything back.
How to Start a Return:
Please call us at 209-526-0865 to initiate a return request. We’ll walk you through the next steps and make sure everything is handled properly.

 Shipping Costs:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   • If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right — and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Exchange Timeline:
Once your return is received and approved, your exchange item will be processed within 5 business days.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Policy​

At Milone Coffee & Tea, we take pride in roasting and preparing each order with care. Please review the following fulfillment and shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Order Fulfillment: 
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST may ship the same day if products are in stock and roasting schedules allow. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will typically ship the next business day. Local pickup orders are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours.

You will receive a fulfillment confirmation email or text when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received a confirmation that your order is ready.

Shipping: 
We currently ship via UPS, based on the selected service and delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time rates and package weight. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Important Notes:
While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, no delivery time guarantees are provided. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
